All of our external antennas for connected automobiles are built for exceptional durability using this Hot Melt Glue Low-Pressure Injection Molding technique. This method enhances the sealing, as well as the physical and chemical properties of our antennas, reinforcing insulation, temperature resistance, impact resistance, shock absorption, and protection against moisture, water, dust, and chemical corrosion.
Compared to traditional encapsulation and coating methods, the low-pressure injection molding we adopting now is environmentally friendly, enhances production efficiency, and reduces manufacturing costs.
